Where do you make it?

A

All products are manufactured in Japan.
The dyeing is done in Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture. Scarves and scarves are sewn in Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture, and bags and other products are sewn in Kahoku, Ishikawa Prefecture.

Do you have a store?

A

Not at the moment. We do have temporary stores in department stores, markets, galleries, etc.
Some of our products are available at our shops.
Please check " SHOP&EVENT " for the shops that carry our products and their schedules.


Q

Will the product be restocked?

A

Even if an item was previously sold, we may reproduce it if there are many requests for it to be brought back.
Some items that were in stock until recently may be temporarily out of stock in our online shop due to our participation in events.
In that case, it may be restored after a while.

Are there any sales?

A

Although it is not regular, we may sell defective B-grade products privately, for a limited time, and only to members.

Q

I want to know the texture of the fabric.

A

We are currently preparing an information page on "About Fabrics".

Q

I would like to know how to care for it.

A

Cotton scarves, stoles, and bags should be placed in a laundry net and washed gently in the hand wash mode.
Dehydration can easily cause wrinkles, so keep it short. Gently wring out bags and towel dry to avoid deep wrinkles. Smooth out any wrinkles and dry slowly in the shade.
After hand washing silk rayon scarves and stoles, gently spin-dry them and then dry them slowly in the shade.
Iron on medium heat using a press cloth.

Is gift wrapping available?

A

Yes, gift wrapping is available free of charge.
The product will be delivered in a clear OPP bag with a ribbon tied on top.
If you contact us, we will also include a message card.
Please note that we do not provide any wrapping, boxes or gift wrapping other than those listed above.

Q

How much is shipping and how long will it take to arrive?

A

Shipping costs within Japan are as follows:
●1g to 200g... We will ship nationwide via Click Post for a flat rate of 250 yen. We will inform you of the tracking number when shipping.
Usually, it will arrive within two days of shipping.
Thin items: 1 scarf and belt (example combination) / leather goods / apron / tote bag (S) / 2-3 scarves or stoles, etc.
●201g and up... We will ship nationwide via Sagawa Express for a flat rate of 650 yen. We will inform you of the tracking number when shipping.
Please note that you cannot specify a delivery company.
Thick items: Fits medium-sized tote bags, shoulder bags, umbrellas, etc.
●For orders over 22,000 yen (tax included)...Free shipping will be shipped via Click Post or Sagawa Express depending on the size of the package.


Q

Can I return or exchange the product?

A

Please contact us using the " CONTACT " form within 7 days of receiving the product and return it to the "return address" we will provide you with.
Upon receiving the product, please be sure to return any documents (delivery note, etc.) that were included with the product.
The replacement item will be shipped once we receive the returned item, confirm that it is unused, and prepare the appropriate item (please see our refund policy for details).
Please note that exchanges will only be accepted if the relevant product is in stock.
Please note that if we are unable to exchange the product due to stock shortages, we will provide a refund.
We will cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to defective products or incorrect delivery.

I haven't received an order email.

The following issues have been reported as preventing reception:
- There is an error in the registered email address due to an input error, etc.

・It has been sorted into your spam folder.
Try searching for "among-online" or similar.

・Reception settings are not configured.
Your mobile phone company may have a setting that "rejects emails from any device other than your mobile phone." In this case, please set your phone to allow emails from "among-online-shop@among.jp." Please check with your mobile phone company for instructions on how to set this up.

I get an error when paying with credit card.

A

There have been reports of problems caused by the environment in which the computer or smartphone is used.
Please try the following:
・Try using other payment methods or credit cards.
If you have multiple tabs open, close them.
・Restart the browser.
・Clear your browser's cache.
・Change your browser (if you are using Safari, change to Chrome, etc.).
