The back is crossed, so you won't get tired even if you use it for a long time. It's easy to put on and take off, just put it on! No need to bother re-tying the strings. Long strings can get tangled and confusing when washing, so this is another nice feature.

You can wear it not only when cooking, but also when participating in workshops or as loungewear.
