Regarding use

AMONG's Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") apply to the products and services (hereinafter referred to as "these Services") provided by the online shop "AMONG" (hereinafter referred to as "our store") operated by AMONG, and apply between our company and individual and corporate customers.
By using our store, you are deemed to have agreed to all of the conditions set forth in these terms and conditions, so please be sure to read them before using our store.
In addition, these terms may be revised at the discretion of our company. When revisions are made, we will update the information on our website or notify customers in a manner separately specified by our company. If you use our store after the revisions have been made, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised terms.

Precautions for Use

(Product price)

Prices of products sold in our store vary depending on the product. Please check the page for each product.

(Product orders)

After selecting a product on each product page, please fill in the information required for ordering and delivery of the product, such as your delivery address and payment method. We reserve stock for you not when you add the product to your cart, but when we confirm that your order is complete after you have entered your customer information, delivery address, payment method, etc. Once your order is complete, we will send you a confirmation email of the details you have entered and your order details, so please make sure you are able to receive emails from us. Any subsequent confirmation work will be done primarily by email, but we may also contact you by phone or mail.
We cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred by customers as a result of not receiving contact from our store, so please be sure to enter information that allows us to contact you (the person placing the order).

(Shipping of Products)

Delivery is limited to domestic addresses. Payment methods, delivery methods, and delivery times vary by product and by region. For details about shipping, please see "Shipping".

(Product returns and exchanges)

We strive to ensure that product descriptions are accurate, but due to the nature of mail order, the product you receive may differ from what you imagined. In such cases, or for other reasons, if you wish to return an item, we will accept returns if we receive your contact within one week of receiving the item. Please contact us within this period. After we contact you to confirm that we have accepted your return, please send the item to the specified address so that it arrives within one week. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return. Please note that we cannot accept returns of products that have been used.
If the delivered product has a defect or hidden flaw, we will exchange it if we receive a response within one week of receiving the product. Please contact us within that period. In this case, we will cover the shipping costs. However, if we are unable to provide a replacement product, we will refund the purchase price. We cannot accept exchanges due to customer convenience or exchanges for different products.
If you do not comply with the rules set out above, we will not be able to accept the product for return or exchange. Furthermore, we are not responsible for providing any remedies other than those set out above regarding shortages, defects, or deficiencies in the product.

(Payment method)

Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Please note that depending on the payment method, additional fees may apply, but all such fees must be borne by the customer.
After an order has been placed, we cannot change the payment method to credit card payment, due to privacy concerns. If you change your payment method for personal reasons, or if we need to adjust the difference between the order amount and the payment amount, all fees incurred will be borne by the customer.

(Cancellation of product)

Once the shipping procedure has begun, we will not allow you to make any changes or cancel your order. Please note that we will cancel your order if we are unable to deliver the product due to the customer's prolonged absence or an unknown delivery address. We take every precaution to ensure the condition of the products we sell, but we may cancel your order for reasons of our own volition if we find a defect during a pre-shipment check and are unable to provide a replacement product.

(Changes to your order)

If you wish to change your order details, such as your payment method or delivery method, please contact us. However, we cannot accept changes to orders that have already begun shipping procedures at the time you contact us. We cannot be held responsible for any problems that arise from failing to make changes.

If the delivered product is defective or the product you received is different from the one you ordered, we will promptly accept the return or exchange of the product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product so that we can provide you with the return address and instructions on how to proceed.

●Due to the nature of the product, the position of the pattern may vary from item to item. Please note in advance.
When placing an order, please be sure to check the product details carefully on the product page.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・Masks (Please refrain from returning or exchanging as these are hygiene products.) ・Returns due to customer convenience (different from what you expected, wrong order, etc.) ・Products that have been received more than 8 days ago ・Products that have been used or washed ・If the delivery note has been lost ・Products that have become dirty or damaged while in the customer's possession ・If the condition of the product at the time of return is significantly different from when it was delivered (including the box and accessories)

(Return Policy)

Regarding return and exchange procedures: In the event of a defective product or incorrect delivery, please contact us via the "Contact Us" form within 7 days of receiving the product and return the product to the "return address" we provide.
Upon receiving the product, please be sure to return any documents (delivery note, etc.) that were included with the product.
The replacement product will be shipped as soon as the returned product arrives at our office, we have confirmed that it is unused, and we are able to prepare the appropriate product. Please note that we will only ship the replacement product if we have it in stock.
Please note that if we are unable to exchange the product due to stock shortages, etc., we will provide a refund.
We will cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges due to defective products or incorrect delivery. If you have any questions about returns, exchanges, or refunds, please contact us using the inquiry form.

(Wrapping service)

Our gift wrapping service is free. We will deliver your item in a clear OPP bag with a ribbon tied over it. Please note that we do not offer boxes or gift wrapping.

(Handling of customer information)

All customer information (personal information and order information) that we receive will be managed strictly in accordance with our separately established privacy policy.

(Prohibited acts)

The following actions are prohibited when using our store. If we determine that your actions fall under the following categories, we may terminate the contract with you without notice and/or refuse to allow you to use our services in the future. We may also request compensation for damages incurred by our store as a result of these actions, and may file criminal charges against you if you have committed a criminal act.

1. Impersonating another person or entering or submitting false order information
2. Making purchase requests without the intention of purchasing or frequently returning items
3. Purchasing for the purpose of resale or other commercial use
4. Delaying or failing to fulfill obligations
5. Any action that interferes with normal delivery, such as refusing to receive the product or returning the product due to long-term absence
6. Any action that interferes with the normal business operations or provision of our services.
7. Any act that infringes the rights of our company or third parties (including intellectual property rights such as copyrights and trademarks)
8. Fraud, intimidation, blackmail, extortion, violence, or other criminal acts, acts that go against public order and morals, or other acts that violate laws and regulations
9. Making excessive demands beyond the services we provide
10. Any other actions that the Company deems inappropriate

In order to prevent malicious behavior suspected to be fraudulent orders, we will take the following measures in accordance with the Terms of Use and laws and regulations.

(How to handle orders that appear to be fraudulent)

1. If we suspect fraudulent use of your credit card, we will cancel your order.
2. If we are unable to contact you using the phone number or email address you provided when placing your order, or if the shipping address is unknown, your order will be cancelled.
3. If the email address used to place your order is determined to be invalid, such as a disposable email address, your order will be cancelled.
4. If our fraud detection system detects an order as fraudulent, your order will be canceled.
5. If payment is made with a credit card issued overseas, the order involving that payment may be cancelled.
6. Your order may be cancelled depending on the status of your past orders.
7. For first-time customers or customers placing large amounts of money, we may contact you to confirm your order after you have placed it.
8. If there is anything suspicious about your order information, we may ask you to verify the identity of the person placing the order (by phone, submitting identification, etc.).
Please understand that it may take some time to ship your items due to the above measures. In addition, if the order that we have canceled was not a fraudulent order, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you please check that you have entered the correct information again before placing your order.

(Service interruption)

We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by customers when all or part of the Service is suspended due to force majeure (including, but not limited to, epidemics, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, enactment, amendment or repeal of laws and regulations, guidance and orders from government agencies, power outages, interruptions, delays, cancellations or loss of data due to failures or system maintenance of communication lines, computers or network equipment, unauthorized access, failures or accidents of business partners, warehouse logistics and transportation facilities, labor disputes, equipment accidents, etc.).

Governing law

The interpretation and application of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan, regardless of the rules governing the application of applicable laws.


Our store name "AMONG" is our trademark, and is protected by intellectual property laws, including registration with the Japan Patent Office, and therefore cannot be used without our permission. In addition, all trademarks displayed on our store that we do not own are the property of their respective owners.


The copyright holders of the content posted on our website and social media, as well as the manuscripts, images, illustrations, videos, audio, photographs, designs, data, etc. of emails sent from our store, are our company or the content providers, and are protected by copyright law.


1. If a customer suffers any damage (whether indirect or direct) from using our store or from the products and services provided by our store , our company shall not be liable for any compensation. In addition, products may only be returned within one week from the date of arrival of the product. Regarding product defect liability, if our company exchanges the product for a good product, we shall not be liable for compensation.

2. In the event that the Company is liable to the Customer or a third party for reasons such as the inapplicability of the disclaimer clauses set out in these Terms and Conditions, the Company and the Customer agree in advance that, except in cases where the Company is guilty of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Company shall be limited to direct damages, and the amount of compensation for damages based on such liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer to the Company in any case.


Even if any provision or part of any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and regulations, the remaining parts shall remain in full force and effect.


1. In the event that litigation arises regarding the use of this service, the Yokohama District Court or Yokohama Summary Court shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
2. If we hire an expert such as a lawyer due to your non-payment of the purchase price or your violation of these Terms and Conditions, you shall be responsible for the costs of the expert, including attorney's fees.
