Factory tours are fun!

Hello, this is Kaneko from Amang.

Yesterday, we had to develop a new product for Amang.
I visited a company called "Inoue Co., Ltd." in Hashimoto!
This company produces hair ties, ropes, etc. using traditional braiding techniques.

40 minutes by bus from Hashimoto Station.
There's only one per hour...
I was excited to arrive safely.
(It's difficult to take a bus for the first time! Lol)
The peaceful landscape of Satoyama was spreading out.

The cherry blossoms in spring and the autumn leaves in autumn are spectacular♪

Being chased by the work that needs to be done every day,
Amangu's problem is that it is not able to develop new products on a regular basis.


Mr. Shigematsu from IDEC (Yokohama Corporate Management Support Foundation), who helps me once a month,
Let's make "time for planning meetings" regularly! I decided.


Nakamura: “Um, how do planning meetings generally take place?”


yes! We don't know how to do it.
After all, I have never held a planning meeting. lol

(It was really my own fault that I was able to make so many items so far...)


Mr. Shigematsu: “Ah! Would you like to participate in a planning meeting at a certain company?”

Nakamura & Kaneko: “What!? You can do that!? Yay! Please!”

That's how it went.


When I think about it now, it is quite a miraculous development.
If it weren't for Nakamura's simple question,
There may be no connection with this company.
It was an event that made me realize that words have the power to create the future.


Apparently it's an open company.
The president, who is bright and has a great personality, gave the OK,
I was able to participate in the meeting.
Thank you for accepting the mysterious outsider~~


The atmosphere was such that it was easy for all the employees who were participating in the meeting to speak up.
Just by looking at that, I knew it was a good company.
There was no one who refrained from speaking up.


That was when I met Inoue.
The meeting was in a different location, so this was my first time infiltrating a factory!

I also want to plan items that use rubber for Amang.
That's what I thought, so I was hoping and praying that we were able to meet each other.


And Kanagawa Prefecture.
I'm very happy because I would like to collaborate with local companies and craftsmen if possible.

A factory where rubber is knitted at incredible speed.
Nakamura is excited! Factory tours are fun!

A well-organized factory with a bright atmosphere.
The same goes for the factory where Amangu's Yokohama textile printing is done.
The people who work there greet you pleasantly.


Good ventilation! I can feel it in my skin.


Maintaining this much equipment and space,
A company system that allows workers to be paid a regular salary every month.
It's really amazing!


That's what increases sales.
After creating something,
It means there are people who are happy and want you.
In other words, there is demand and there is a place to sell it.


Creating and maintaining that system, and continuing to take on new challenges.
That's amazing!


There is also a story behind each hair tie that we, as consumers, hold in our hands.
There are people working there who use their knowledge.
Ever since I started thinking like this, I've been impressed...

It all started with someone saying, ``Let's try it!''


Humans have infinite possibilities!
