May 2024 marks AMONG's 10th anniversary.

We have been blessed with many happy encounters, fun times, warm customers, wonderful craftsmen, and a caring team, which has enabled us to introduce a wide range of items.
We made a variety of textiles and word cards!
On the other hand, there are many times when I stop and wonder what to do.
Just when I was at a loss, I received a message that moved me with perfect timing asking, "Were you watching?", which gave me peace of mind and got me where I am today.
Nice weather! Yes, with time, there are bound to be turning points.

The milestone 10th year.
We are releasing a new logo with the words "Textiles that change the world with humor."
Ta-da! Here's the new logo❗️

It gives a somewhat playful and humorous impression, as if someone is stretching freely.
At the same time, you can sense its flexible will and coolness.
So cool!!!
I started consulting with a designer around autumn last year, and then around spring this year we really started to work on finalizing the details and giving it shape.
Ah, I was so worried about it.

I had heard the rumor that when it comes to logo design, "changing it mid-way through is many times more difficult than creating it from scratch," and that proved to be true (lol).
I wonder how it compares to before.
I felt sad to have to make changes along the way, and I even rolled my eyes at how much work it must be to change all the tags and woven names.
We ask a tag maker to make these kinds of names for us.
It's the same black background with white text, but the atmosphere is completely different!!
I revised the concept and communicated with the designer many times to put my image into words.
I received a lot of suggestions.
Put the image into words → Have the words give it shape. → If it's different, explain why you feel it's different.
Ugh, it's hard to put into words!! I repeated this over and over again, and consulted with Team Among...
In the end, we decided on it with a bang, and everyone on Team Among said, "This is it!" (Thank you so much, Motoko-san!)
A new strawberry pattern has been released! Following on from Strawberry No. 1 (just wanted to say it ^^), here is Strawberry No. 2. This one is also so cute~~~.
We will still have some items with the previous logo for a while, so please take good care of them too 🎵
After that, the new leaflet was completed!
I asked Mari-chan, a friend from high school who lives in America, to translate it.
(She is a woman I respect who went back to college, started a company and raised a child at the same time. Thank you, Mari-chan!)

A new scarf color, Banana_Twilight, is inspired by the sky at dusk. It turned out a great color!
I truly believe that an open-minded, generous attitude and a sense of humor are essential to living each day in a strong and healthy manner.
I hope I can be an injectable (!) for that mindset.
