Spring's new arrivals are here!

April has arrived again.
The cold winter is over, and I feel light. Just being warm makes me happy.
My heart trembles with the vigor of spring buds and the hidden beautiful colors.

Today, I'd like to introduce some new arrivals perfect for this season! Applause!

Entry No. 1: "Michi Pattern - Let's Grow"

Fresh! The Michi pattern, with its vibrant colors, has arrived as a bag.
Just by adding it to your everyday outfit, you'll instantly get a fresh and refreshing seasonal feel.

The Michi pattern is a textile born from a wordplay combining "Michi" (road) and "Michi" (unknown).

"Every path is an unknown path, isn't it?"
"You just have to move forward on the unknown path!"

It was born from such an exchange.
We designed it with the powerful feeling that we can make this Michi the best it can be.

Next up is Entry No. 2: "Peach and Chestnut in Three Years, Persimmon in Eight Years - Shades"

The "Peach and Chestnut in Three Years, Persimmon in Eight Years" pattern is back after a long time.
To all you Peach and Chestnut lovers, thank you for your patience.

As the name "Shades" suggests, the charm of this adult bag comes from the interplay of dark and light!
It's wonderful.
Being monochrome, it blends seamlessly with patterned clothes, and it's a delightful bag that adds a playful touch.

Me: "Which do you prefer, dark or pale?"
Customer: "Oh, they're completely different! Wow, I can't decide!"

This was a conversation at the store.

The moment I (Kurisaawa) saw it, I thought, "Maybe dark!", but the next moment I thought, "No, wait, it's pale," and now I'm still wavering between dark and pale.

Both dark and pale are definitely good, yes.
It's all about intuition here! But for spring and summer, pale might be recommended.

A refreshing Ine pattern has appeared for early summer.

I agonized over this one~.

I'd never made a soft-colored Ine pattern before, and the yellow tones were also irresistible.

But the refreshing wind that sweeps through you in early summer!
The clear air with the green rice paddies stretching out under a blue sky!

It would feel so good to walk around wearing it.

Please try pairing it with off-white or beige shirts, or with khaki.

Even though it was still cold, I warmed up the room and imagined an early summer scene to create this.

Next up is Entry No. 4: "Tenki - Night Sky"

It's done~ The exquisite color combination! This is the Stole "Tenki"_Night Sky (100% Cotton Chiffon).

The decision to create it was prompted by a comment from a customer who happened to visit during winter:
" (Looking at the Tenki pattern bag) I want a scarf in this color!"

I had also been thinking that it would be absolutely lovely if we had one, so I was delighted by the request, feeling like I had been given a push.

The layers of blue and gray are easy to match and reassuring, yet also humorous and rhythmic. It's a piece that achieves both calmness and movement!

It's not always possible to create everything, but please feel free to make requests.

It's also fun to have matching bags and scarves.

 

Finally, we'd like to introduce the "Charm Bag"
