Spring on the calendar!
On the 4th of the first day of spring, I enjoyed a spring lunch hot pot at a friend's house.
Sorry for the sudden dessert (^^)
Baked apples in coconut oil.
Those who know me well will probably think, "Here I am eating apples again!" !
Yes, I really like apples.
It doesn't have the gorgeousness of strawberries or the luxury of being the main character, but
Apple Love!
Much much more than stra wberries.
Pour coconut oil into a frying pan, spread the apple slices , and fry.
Add cinnamon if you like, and pepper as well.
It's delicious! ! ! !
(Pepper is also good for vanilla ice cream)
If you cover it with a lid, use the water from the apples to make ``apple stew''. .
The apple was completely covered with its own water ( ̄▽ ̄)
That's a lot of water. (I took off the lid and let it fly)
If you want to retain some of the texture, I think it's best to bake it normally without covering it.
And this is Yuki Urui.
Have you ever eaten it? It was my first time!
It has an atmosphere between green onion and celery, and is crunchy without any stickiness.
This is amazing!
Next, here is the petit veil (fluttering green)
It was my first time eating this too.
It's a combination of Brussels sprouts and kale, making it a nutritious green.
I boiled it quickly and added salt.
The green is deep! good! ! !
Both are really delicious, so be sure to try them if you find them ☆
Being able to enjoy such a rich variety of seasonal flavors is a luxury only possible in a country with four seasons! ! !
Truly a luxury. There's no reason not to enjoy it.
Here is the main one. Camembert hot pot with Chinese cabbage and pork ♡
Chinese cabbage, pork, and additive-free bacon are layered like a mille-feuille and simmered in consommé soup.
Once the Chinese cabbage is thick and done, add the camembert cheese.
The best. happy.
Yet another item.
Boiled radish and shiitake mushrooms.
The corners were properly cut! Highly feminine! You should learn from me (-_^)
Drizzle with dashi soup along with chopped ginger.
Sigh, K-chan & Daikon are geniuses.
Sorry, hungry person.
