●Part 1: Unheated honey
This is honey from my friend Tonenova.
Unheated honey is full of nutrients.
According to a friend who is familiar with Ayurveda, it is full of ojas.
Ojas refers to vitality and life energy (apparently, by Google)
Well, it's delicious anyway.
Moreover, the cost performance is amazing, 300g for 1300 yen (excluding tax) ☆
If you are interested, please search for it ♪ We will deliver it to your home.
By the way, honey is an ingredient that vegans do not use.
When I first started working at a vegan restaurant,
"Ah! I see. I never thought about it!!"
The first thing I thought of was honey.
Honey is also animal-based.
There are so many things I've never thought about.
Thanks to working at a vegan restaurant,
I learned that there are various ways to decide what and how to eat,
It was really great to be able to try out different eating habits and make friends with people who are practicing them◎
●Part 2 Amazake from Hakkaisan!
It's non-alcoholic.
Depending on the season, it can also be delicious cold,
I like to warm up now.
(It seems that the enzyme will die if it comes to a boil, so turn off the heat before it simmers.)
You can use it as is, or add ginger or squeezed Sudachi.
So sweet.
It's so sweet I wonder why it's so sweet.
It will make you feel kind, warm and happy.
●Part 3
If this were the case, I would like to introduce some food...
The third one is this.
Disposable contact lenses! !
The best.
I usually wear contacts, but I tend to suffer from dry eyes.
When your eyes are dry, they become blurry! Tired!
I was especially concerned about this dry season (tears).
When I consulted an ophthalmologist,
``It might be a good idea to use disposable contacts,'' she advised.
I tried it right away and found it to be really comfortable and great.
How can you solve this problem all at once?
I wish I had known sooner.
The air is still dry.
For those who are concerned about pollen, disposable contacts are available, although they are a bit expensive.
It's worth trying ◎
(Just take it off and throw it away before going to bed~Easy~)
(*Of course, consult your doctor!)
So, this is my recent favorite.
