Actually (not really) I started Tai Chi at the beginning of the year. By the way, except for the one time I went to a trial session, I have been online all the time. The slow, slow movements are very plain.
But lately? ! My body feels lighter... something is different!
It's meditative, yoga-like, squat-like...I don't usually do slow movements (I walk really fast, but I don't talk fast), so I think this probably suits me.
