I started Amang in 2014.
We started by thinking , "What do I really want right now?" I didn't have anything specific that I wanted to do, like , "I want to make this!" (When I mention this, people often say, ``That's unusual!'')

“In this day and age where there is so much information and choice, don’t you want words and support that will push you back when you take a step forward on your own path ?”

Start from where you come to that conclusion. (It took a while to get to this point.)
When it came to the question, ``So, what are we going to do?'' Kaneko and Nakamura each suggested what they liked. At that point, we were also considering making sweets and children's clothing. (The decision I made at that time would have taken me to a completely different world. Any world would be fine, but I couldn't reach this state now!)
We originally liked similar things, but ``colorful, large-patterned fabric'' was one of the things we both liked.
A “once-in-a-lifetime/peaceful” scarf. Even the square size is 107 x 107 cm.
Since Nakamura grew up in Yokohama, they decided to try making stoles using the stencil dyeing method known as Yokohama Nassen, a traditional industry in Yokohama. (Oh, it's a thing! lol)
First of all, I wanted to create something that could be seen and touched.
I decided to ``inject a message that will brighten your heart'' into the object.
Amang's textiles convey messages in their patterns and colors.
We design with thoughts such as ``Ah, that's right!'', ``These are the important things that we tend to forget,'' and ``This is the state we want to be in.''
It can be difficult to express something abstract, but what we are now is thanks to the support of our customers who sympathize with us and say, ``I get it'' or ``I like it''.
And as creators, we are devising ways to live our daily lives so that we can stay ``in a happy state of mind.''
Speaking of my latest innovations, I've been trying out an eyelash perm that I've always wanted to try. I was a little nervous the first time. Now this! Excuse me!
Even if I take a bath or wake up in the morning, my eyelashes are still up! lol
It's easy to have strong eyes even if you don't wear much eye makeup. This is really good. I'm glad I did it. You will feel strangely positive. recommendation.
Of course, sometimes things don't go as planned, and I can't say that I'm always happy, but I'm making progress step by step through worries, hesitation, and discussions. I hope that this kind of situation will be a hint for customers.
After starting Amang, I really understood that the accumulation of today 's efforts will definitely create the future .

We are currently opening a store on the 2nd floor of Niigata Isetan ! Until October 19th (Tuesday) .
The next store opening is "Tamagawa Takashimaya" main building 1st floor women's goods section from October 20th (Wednesday) to October 26th (Tuesday)

If you go from Futakotamagawa Station, enter the entrance of the main building and go straight to the back to find the women's goods section. Please note that this is the main building, not the S/C building.

This project was requested by the owner's wife ♪ This is a shop located on Komachi Street in Kamakura. You can still order food and drinks during these hours. It is delicious~~!
This is a joint POP-UP with the apparel brand "even." from Zushi/Hayama. This is also a two-woman brand. Ladies' daily wear packed with attention to detail. The red overalls that I fell in love with at first sight this summer are from even. When I found it, I was excited for the first time in a while. Since I don't have many opportunities to go out anymore, I accidentally forgot how excited I was when I saw my clothes!

We spoke to Kyoto's kimono shop ``Kyo Gofuku Miyashita.''
There will be a vegetable dyeing workshop and an exhibition and sale of kimonos and miscellaneous goods from traditional industries. You can also enjoy delicious sweets at the old folk house cafe. You can see Amang items that match both clothes and kimonos. Nakamura will be on a business trip from Amang!

Kaneko lives in Zushi, Kanagawa Prefecture. This is the station next to JR Kamakura. About 30 minutes from Yokohama.
When I lived in Tokyo, I thought, "Zushi? Where?" so I think many people are not familiar with it. Perfect for relaxing near the sea and mountains. The calm atmosphere of Zushi in winter is also nice ~ Please take this opportunity to wander around the Kamakura, Zushi, Hayama area ♪ Basic Kaneko will be at the store. On weekdays, we will close the store at 5:00 pm to pick up children from the nursery school, so please be patient!

Nakameguro, which was held the other day. This is where the Amang shop used to be, and is now a rental gallery. Nakameguro still has many small independent shops, making it fun to walk around. We'll wrap up the year here!
I had Indian curry for the first time in a while with Nakamura in Kannai, Yokohama. I almost caught a cold, but I managed to get through it! Around the neck is a "spice pattern/warm" scarf. Warm from the inside out. It will gradually warm you up like you are eating a medicinal dish.
