I often go to "Bodhi Sena" in Kannai, Yokohama. I always change it to basmati rice (Indian rice) and get a second helping. I also love Kamakura Bawan, but I haven't been able to go there lately due to timing...

Black pepper is added to the white dots. A craftsman places a mold on a long piece of white fabric and dyes it one color at a time. This pattern has 4 colors, so I layered the colors 4 times.
